During this Kundalini Meditation practice you will learn sacred yogic techniques that support you to consciously connect to your breath, strengthen your nervous system, activate your glandular system, balance your emotional energies & channel your mental energy towards greater intuitive awareness. Develop your Neutral Mind to live from a space of deeper inner peace, clarity & truth.


This 60 minute class is suitable for beginners & experienced students alike.

During this Kundalini Yoga & Meditation practice you will be guided through pranayam, kriya, relaxation & meditation techniques that support you to cultivate increased holistic health & radiance. You will learn sacred yogic practices to clarify your inner landscape & in turn transform your outer reality. Experience your capacity for creating deep self-healing, radiance & creativity. 


This 75 minute class is suitable for beginners & experienced students alike.
